Yes. I was given responsibility over 3 markets. My work was checked throughout the summer but I was trusted to produce a similar quality of work to the rest of my team
Support & Guidance
Anytime I needed help or support my team was very happy to help and provide clarification
Culture
Very warm and helpful. They were careful not to give more work/responsibilities than I was capable of taking on, and encouraged me to enjoy my evenings / weekends out of the office.
