  • 8. What advice would you give to others applying to Cummins
  • As Cummins is a global company your interview could either be in person or online depending on where your manager is based. Ensure that you have followed the guidelines on preparing your presentation, and that you have practiced running through it. The interview is more personality than technical knowledge so be sure to show your passion, interests, and USPs and how they link to points in your CV you want to highlight. Use this time to ask any questions you have about the company and role such as dress code, remote working policy, working hours, holiday allowance, start date, tasks, salary, etc.
