Overview
Monitoring and replying to client emails. Sending out monthly data reports. Analysing panel data to create deliverable insights for clients. Video conferencing with clients and the internal team. Building relationships and networking with others. Building commercial awareness through attending internal webinars and training. Building PowerPoint decks for client projects. Delivering day to day data requests for clients.

Responsibilities
My level of responsibility grew across the placement, and by the end I was a key contact to my clients and has the responsibility of co-managing a large client temporarily. I was responsible for day to day queries and data deliveries. I also presented to clients online and in-person.
Support & Guidance
I had two managers across my placement year, both of which had my best interest as their priority to ensure I made the most of my experience. The wider teams were also hugely supportive.
Culture
The atmosphere at Kantar is friendly and encouraging. Everyone is willing to offer support and I never felt like a burden for asking to have things explained to me.
