Overview
I was required to learn how to operate Kantar's systems to effectively resolve client requests and ready MyWorldpanel for launch
Skills
I developed my team working as well as my ability to pick up on new information quickly and teach this information to colleges later down the line
Responsibilities
I was given increasing responsibility as my time in Kantar went on. I was able to lead meetings in person and online and create powerpoints to present to clients with my own creative input
Support & Guidance
I was always surrounded with helpful team members ready to guide me on my new tasks
Culture
My team members were friendly and approachable and there was a surprisingly low average age for my colleges so I didn't feel out of place
