    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • I work on a portfolio of clients on the FMCG Foods team. This includes clients such as Lindt, Weetabix and Kallo. My day to day role consists of collaborating with my team to answer clients' questions. This can include short questions which involves a data pull or larger briefs which can take up to a few weeks.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to use a variety of software, such as internal platforms including Powerview, Studio, WorlpanelOnline, MyWorldpanel and so on. I have also really improved my Excel and presentation skills as I am frequently required to present insights to clients. My team work and communication skills have also improved.

  • I was given a lot of responsibility this year, and was often required to take charge of the accounts due to gaps in my team

  • Due not not having a consistent manager this year, I have sometimes felt unsupported and a bit overwhelmed. However, when I have reached out for help people have been very helpful

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Very social and fun culture-often go for drinks after work when in the office. We also have monthly team socials which involve a fun activity and drinks.
