Overview
Helping with the set up of a new platform for clients, triaging and dealing with raised tickets, and other general service support tasks.
Skills
Yes, I have developed my time management skills so far due to being under pressure to complete multiple tasks by a certain deadline. Also, I have practiced my presenting skills through presenting to senior members of the team, as well as in specific training sessions.
Responsibilities
I am only 3 months into a 12 month placement so I am still being trained on a few tasks, but have been given the responsibility of completing specific daily tasks.
Support & Guidance
There are multiple points of contact for me, alongside weekly team meetings and one-to-ones with my manager.
Culture
Everyone is willing to help if you are stuck on anything, and the atmosphere is quite relaxed, which is nice.
