  • Centrally, Aon supports you a lot, and is very understanding of personal circumstances. They care about wellbeing and invest in your personal development. Couldnt ask for much more really. The team I was in is known for having extremely high expectations and a low intern-grad conversion rate. this does cause a lot of stress in the work, and I found myself feeling quite hard on myself for errors. working past hours is expected.
