  • I was responsible for ensuring the progression of transfer values, factor reviews and triennial valuations across multiple clients, which will be provided to the Trustees.

  • The early careers team are very organised and ensured we all received proper training. My manager was always keen to support me when needed.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Aon has a strong culture of teamwork and unity which I could see immediately. The office can be quiet on some days however, which can limit the development of soft and technical skills some times.

  • I immediately felt welcomed by my manager and client teams, who treated me like any other colleague. I have learned far more than I thought I could, and so I very much enjoyed this year with Aon.
