Overview
My daily tasks included attending/ shadowing and contributing to meetings, working on some portfolios and presenting my findings to seniors, account manager and executive events and liaising with my Aon United team in order to complete the project. In total, I was responsible for 3 main team related projects and 1 Aon United Impact project.
Skills
My Excel, presentation and communication skills have really developed over this internship. Through the Aon United project, I was Project Manager - this role really helped me to gain leadership skills. Also, networking has been a skill I have continuously used and developed throughout this internship.
Responsibilities
I was given several responsibilities during the internship - I was solely responsible for the team projects (with constant feedback from my managers) and being project manager for the Aon United Project, it is clear that I had the major responsibility of delivering a well rehearsed presentation.
Support & Guidance
Consistent feedback sessions - at least twice a week.

Absolutely amazing.
