Overview
Start with a stand up. Code for most of the morning and early afternoon. Then there are usually talks run by the Campus team later in the day.

Responsibilities
Yes project was fairly self led but help was always there when needed. Loads of chances to take on team leadership roles as well.
Support & Guidance
I’m a non computer science student and have felt supported throughout the internship. Engineers are willing to answer any questions no matter big or small.
Culture
Not very coorporate which I enjoyed. Very welcoming environment with flexible work hours.
Your Impressions
Overall I have enjoyed my placement. I do feel as though the training can be improved and I felt like we were promised more socials than there have been. It has been a supportive work environment with lots of opportunities to learn. The staff have all been great.
Yes
Definitely be yourself in the interview. Everyone here comes across as very genuine so I think it’s important to make sure you’re a cultural fit.
