    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • The role involves training a sensory panel, making up samples to be analysed, conducting sensory tests, data collection, analysis, and reporting. Once the data is written up many projects will include a debrief session where the data is presented to the development team.
