Overview
- Working on NPD/EPD projects - Working in the kitchen, writing recipes, making up samples - Briefing suppliers - Evaluating shelf-life assessments - Supporting colleagues with their projects - Networking across the business - Maintaining adequate supply of ingredients for pilot and factory trials

- Industry knowledge - thermal processing, how factory operates, stakeholders involved in food manufacturing - Cross-functional knowledge - what other roles are available in FMCG and what people do in marketing, operations, technical, etc - Public speaking and presenting - Adaptation and resilience - Technical knowledge - processing ingredients and their functionality

I have been independently working on several projects, however, help was always available I was mentored by one of the colleagues, that gave me tips

My team was always there for me and supported me at every step of my placement without micromanagement.

It is a company with history, and a lot of people have been working at Premier for generations, creating a homely atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and open.
