Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility as you are left alone to run a panel of adults, and ensure it all goes smoothly
Support & Guidance
I had lots of support off my manager and mentor if I needed it. The panel themselves also give me advice and support on matters as I have got close with them.
Culture
Great atmosphere, everyone is very friendly. Having another 5/6 students with you, as well as a few apprentices means there are lots of young people around to make friends with.
Your Impressions
I thoroughly enjoyed my placement, I will be sad to go and leave panel.
Yes
Go in with an open mind and ready to learn. It can be daunting at first because there is a lot of new information to take in, but you will get there and everyone will help you as they want to suceed!
