    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The company atmosphere was very friendly. No matter the seniority level everyone was always will to engage in conversation and answer any questions. The socials were a great way to network with people, it also added to the welcoming atmosphere. It didn't feel as through there was a strict hierarchy which I expected there would be in a cooperate company. This is what I found really welcoming about Aon as due to agile desks policy senior employees would sit amongst everyone else which allowed for that interaction and communication that is not common in other companies.
