    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Quite nice, everyone is friendly and real. Quite different between central HR and regional offices, a lot of the stuff HR focusses on is irrelevant in regional offices such as Business Resource Groups. Everyone works together however seems a common theme among graduates that they wont be there for long. Seem quite aware that Aon pays okay while you're doing qualifications such as CFA and gives lots of study days. However, beyond this pay seems quite low and static.
