  • I have been given the opportunity to create a pilot project, creating a feasible way to help connect the CEN European markets. This involves engaging with stakeholders from all across the company, and having creative control of what is the best fit for the project and groups involved.

  • My change management skills have been tested and have improved significantly. I have had the opportunity to host a large number of meetings which has improved, not only my communication, but also my confidence in the work place.

    Responsibilities

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • I was given a lot of responsibility in my internship. I had full creative control and responsibility for the roll out of the X-Market Flex Project. I made all key decisions which has been a great honor to have the trust given to me.

  • I received a lot of support. Both my campus manager and line manager hosted constant check ins with me, ensuring everything was going well both personally and with the work being completed.

  • Very social and supportive. There are a lot of networking events which provide the opportunity to get heavily involved in the culture of the work place.

  • The company support you. Both vertically and laterally, you have the opportunities to move within the company to further your experiences. The company is not as finance driven as you may think, although it is a bank, there are a world of jobs which are not finance driven.
