Overview
My role involves working as a real Software Engineer developing products that the company offers to its customers. The day-to-day involves attending stand-up meetings, discussions with the senior engineers and writing code and testing it for the actual tasks.
Skills
Yes, I have learnt React, JavaScript and a lot of web development technologies and methodologies. I have developed my soft skills and existing technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Only the responsibility of our own work and tasks and that was manageable.
Support & Guidance
A lot of support from the more senior engineers and our manager.
Culture
Very very good and inclusive, welcoming and positive and also supportive.
