I was provided opportunities to project manage projects with full involvement and autonomy. Help was also provided if and when I required it. In charge of producing benefits cases for innovative projects.
Great support and guidance. Everyone was very busy but always made time to assist me with any help or queries I had. The training was comprehensive and made me feel safe on the railway.
Great atmosphere, everyone was very welcoming and experienced. Worked within a variety of different teams and felt included in all of them. Productive and inclusive culture with an atmosphere that produces a great work ethic.
I enjoyed my placement greatly despite Covid reducing the ability to partake in group and general activities. Still able to attend a wide variety of practical experiences despite this and really enjoyed these. I got a lot out of it and feel prepared for the workplace.
