What you’ll be doing:

It’s not easy getting millions of people to their destinations safely and on time every day, but it is rewarding. Throughout this 10-week placement, you’ll learn exactly what goes into achieving this goal, working with suppliers, freight operators, and other external stakeholders, as well as operations and business services within our own organisation.

You’ll pick up a lot just by watching how the best in the business operate and, with the support of your team, you can expect to play an active role in many important day-to-day activities.

Who you are matters:

You’ll need to be in your penultimate year at university, and on track to achieve at least a 2:2 in any degree subject.

We’re looking for organised, engaging individuals that can get the best out of everyone. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to new situations and the confidence to work with people of all levels.
