What you’ll be doing:

It’s not easy getting millions of people to their destinations safely and on time every day, but it is rewarding. Throughout this 12-month placement, you’ll learn exactly what goes into achieving this goal, working with suppliers, freight operators, and other external stakeholders, as well as operations and business services within our own organisation.

Our York and London locations have a commercial and procurement focused placement available, offering the opportunity to learn about the end-to-end procurement process and play an active role at each stage. London also offers a human resources pathway, offering the chance to get involved in important, people-focused decisions and play an integral part in our processes.

Who you are matters:

You’ll need to be in your penultimate year at university, and on track to achieve at least a 2:2 in any degree subject.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, organised individuals with the ability to motivate those around them. You should be able to communicate with people of all levels and aeras to get the best out of them and able to adapt to any situation or circumstance.
