  • Yes, completed my own project supervised by senior engineers. Had the responsibility of setting thresholds which resulted in Track intervention actions

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Different cultures in different areas of the business. Feels corporate in head office, and then gang culture in the maintenance depots “orange army”. There’s a culture and working environment for everyone.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • Placement crescendoed the more people I met and more opportunities this opened up. At first it was very steady learning the business which was frustrating as I wanted a project from the start.
