Overview
Speaking with colleagues and completing tasks either for or alongside them. Helping with reports and documents, organising and leading meetings sometimes. Lots of meetings with people to hear what is going on. We also have a mini project to complete during the internship which was great.

Responsibilities
Not much responsibility. Some small responsibility for very small tasks, but everything is checked and double checked.
Support & Guidance
Received loads of support and guidance - there is a buddy system set up which is great. Team tried to contact me all the time. Really open culture and could ask any question i wanted all the way through!
Culture
Company culture is fantastic - unmatched. Everyone was so lovely, hierarchy was not obvious. Great culture around exams and studying.
Your Impressions
I quite enjoyed it - it was virtual so that took away from it for certain. If it had been in person i think i would have enjoyed it much more.

Be natural and genuine throughout the process. Interviews look for your personality as well as aptitude.
