Overview
The role is extremely varied but does have some core daily tasks such as checking invoices. The placement team get to work in different areas such as recruitment, marketing and finance.
Skills
Throughout my time at TPP I have gained confidence inside and outside the workplace, as well as furthering my time management and communication skills. I have also improved my adaptability.
Responsibilities
I was given a lot of responsibility throughout my placement as a result of the company's flat hierarchy. I was able to organise a range of events from recruitment fairs to company meetings.
Support & Guidance
We received support and guidance from our supervisors and from other members within the company.
Culture
The company has a friendly and positive atmosphere, everyone is willing to help. There are also a variety of activities outside of work to get involved in such as Football, cooking and Pub Fridays.
