  • Fantastic year! Young office, good salary and a brilliant step between university and working life. Very sociable company and interesting work. Introduction to the market and business processes.

  • Valued as if I was a graduate. You get out what you put in.

  • Supported at all levels, open office so you have access to all levels of seniority who are always eager to support. Trusted with your own development when you are ready to progress.

  • Client interaction on a daily basis - achievable work load .

  • A lot of responsibility, managed my own clients and was thrusted to make informed decisions. Autonomy.

  • The main reason I achieved a 1st in my final year, the experience change my work ethic and perspective when it came to work. Returned as graduate.

  • Atmosphere is relaxed but professional. A good mixture of both.

  • Wasn’t perfect but it didn’t change the experience

  • Good investment you personally. Line manager followed up on objectives and allowed you to be in charge of what you wanted to get out the experience

  • Great social side as a company and within teams. Join with others of the same age which makes it al the better

  • London is expensive anywhere you are

  • 25 mins from central London and good areas around

  • Plenty of opportunity - charity work, weekly football meets and anything that people want to do
