Client interaction on a daily basis - achievable work load .

A lot of responsibility, managed my own clients and was thrusted to make informed decisions. Autonomy.

The main reason I achieved a 1st in my final year, the experience change my work ethic and perspective when it came to work.

Returned as graduate.
