The Role
I really enjoyed the customer service and business strategy internship. There are a lot of responsibility and good exposure inside the company.
The colleagues provide a lot of extra support to the interns, but at the same time. They respect you as much as a full-time employee. When I am reaching out to my stakeholders, they take it very seriously and provide professional help.
I was given a lot of support from my colleague, manager and director. But also my team encourages me to make my own decision and build up my confidence.
I was given a lot of tasks throughout the internship, keeping me busy and continuously developing professional and personal skills. But also having breaks in between for networking and building up long-term relationship.
Within the Customer Service and Business Strategy Internship. I was given a lot of responsibilities, my team trusted me so much in delivering and managing global scaled project.
Within the 10 weeks of Customer Service and Business Strategy Internship. There are some key aspects I have developed during the 10 weeks internship. For example, the ability to manage and collaborate with wide range of stakeholder. Manage global scaled projects. Multi-tasking, ability to prioritise tasks and also negotiate with stakeholder.
