The Role
Really good experience, particularly the exposure I got!
You could see the difference you were making.
They were always available to help me wherever needed and always reminding me that their help/advice was there.
There was always something to do/be done, quite varied at times too. Some tasks were rather repetitive but when dealing with these types of events there was no choice, they had to be done.
I was given a number of tasks which at first hand did not seem to be of great importance but I soon learnt the impact that they had on the events and were indeed responsible. On the whole though, there is only so much responsibility that you can be given during such a small time frame, which to me is totally understandable.
I learnt things which I never had thought about/considered where so important to event management and will no doubt use/refer to in the future!
The Company
Great, people worked hard when they needed too but the office in general was a nice place to be and I enjoyed the events that were held in the office too.
Clear they had done it before and knew what they were doing.
Always keen to make sure I was on track and offered opportunities to gain additional experience.

The Culture
Numerous intern lunches and discussions for evening activities.
On the whole there was normally an affordable option, in the evening less so but that was to be as expected.
Number of events held during my time there and always welcomed and encouraged to attend.
Fair few things advertised around the office including lunchtime activities and getting involved with the Christmas Panto.
