The Role
Fantastic experience, the internship gave me an opportunity to work closely and build relationships with global leaders from Fluor, Client representatives, various Contractors and Vendors. Also included travel to offices in Atyrau (Kazakhstan) and on-site experience in Barrow-in-Furness. Increased skills and knowledge to continue my studies and secured a job upon Graduation.
I felt completely valued from all colleagues from all levels. Achieved recognition from Senior Leadership, and had regular discussions with Senior Management about various opportunities after Graduation. The work I was tasked with added value and the Internship enabled me to put opinions forward that were listened to and respected.
Established open relationships and support from the very start with every level of staff, including Construction VP
Very busy, but I tend to cope well with a large workload, the workload was via requirements and initiative.
Working closely with Senior Management, Clients, Contractors and Vendors demonstrates the extent of responsibility. Additionally the multiple business trips to Kazakstan were necessary for the value of the tasks at hand, these were made unaccompanied for the value of the project.
Life changing personal and professional development
