The Role
Yes, I was made to feel like a valuable resource to the team.
I received direct support from management, peers and others on placement.
Extremely
I was give a good level of responsibility, with oversight from management.
I felt that my placement put me head of my peers returning to university. I also secured part time employment with Fluor for my final year.
The Company
Good atmosphere, with everyone willing to help.
Considering it was the first year that placements were being offered there were sufficient structure and development opportunities in place.
Where area which was lacking for my year but as i understand more is now being offered. Specifically what, i am not sure
