The Role
Constantly was given new challanges & responsibilities throughout the year.
Recieved praise, recognition and awards.
Management was very busy, but helped everytime I asked for it.
Very Busy on particular days. Middle of the week was quieter. Allowed me to catch up on other tasks.
Was managing certain tasks for the UK.
Skills developed has increased my confidence to find a graduate job in the future.
The Company
Worked in happy and upbeat team. Never boring, felt part of the team.
Was relatively well organised. However, they are still building and adjusting their internship program as it is new for NeApp. Could have had more general traning.
We were invited to attend a few training such as communication, presentation skills development and confidence. We had also a product awareness traning to gain knowledge about the products NeApp sell.
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Have the choice of going back after graduation, would probably pick to work in a different department.
The Culture
Built very strong relationships with the other placement students. All colleagues were friendly and helpful. Management were extremly helpful and understanding.
Not bad, there are a few cafes/restaurants situated in the area. Due to living far away; did not take full advantage.
Didn't experience much Nightlife.
A few get togethers, but not many opportunities.
