The Role
I enjoyed it learned alot about office enviornements and programming
I get contacted by people to ask my expertise in certain tasks in the company. I feel pretty valued
I've felt like that you're not given enough structure. You're kind of thrown into work straight away very little time to get used to the environment with regards to training.
I've always got work to do and my work is split between two separate projects
I was in charge of tasks that were necessary for the sprint to be completed. It's quite a big responsiblity
I've learned alot about programming and how to work in a team effectively
The Company
I wouldn't say the atmosphere in the office was 'fun'. It felt like a job although there were certain special events and time given to employees to talk which pretty fun
Pretty good organisation
Most of my training was
Above 25 days holiday
The chance of job is not appealing to me because I don't know if I'd want to work in a different country
The Culture
Student numbers were pretty low this year, we rarely go out together as much as others placements do. Overall nice people, enjoyed their company
Chelmsford not a great socializing town
Kinda bad
Boot camp was pretty good
