  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The work environment at Visteon is very friendly and enjoyable. Everyone is willing to help and support is provided throughout the year.

    • I had regular meetings with my manager/supervison to discuss my the projects I've been working on and get guidance how to carry on.

    • I was kept busy for most days of the year. There were some days that I was very busy and had to stay more, and very few days that my workload wasn't enough to keep me busy all day.

    • I had full responsiblity on the projects that I've been working on. These projects included important work that was presented in different customer shows.

    • The technical and competency skills that I've developed throughout the year make me feel I am more professional and ready to carry on my degree.

    • Good structure to integrate students to the work environment. In addition, a student project was going throughout the year that was a very good an rewarding experience.
