The Role
The work environment at Visteon is very friendly and enjoyable. Everyone is willing to help and support is provided throughout the year.
I had regular meetings with my manager/supervison to discuss my the projects I've been working on and get guidance how to carry on.
I was kept busy for most days of the year. There were some days that I was very busy and had to stay more, and very few days that my workload wasn't enough to keep me busy all day.
I had full responsiblity on the projects that I've been working on. These projects included important work that was presented in different customer shows.
The technical and competency skills that I've developed throughout the year make me feel I am more professional and ready to carry on my degree.
The Company
People are very friendly and helpful.
Good structure to integrate students to the work environment. In addition, a student project was going throughout the year that was a very good an rewarding experience.
Good training through presentations in the first week.
Flexi Time
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
Reasonable social events with other students.
Amazing nightlife with few clubs staying until late.
Different schemes were running.
