The Role
The colleagues were really friendly and I enjoyed the out of work social activities as well as the job itself
They took the time to listen to my questions
Feedback came a little late in the course
Long workday expected of Interns
Only allowed to contact a client once during the internship, but the charity project was pretty much left up to the interns
Not really relevant to my degree, but skill were developed that have applications in the working world
The Company
Friendly, with dress down days and snacks brought in whenever anyone returned from holiday
We moved office in the middle of the internship, but this wasn't mentioned until the placement had started. The HR staff are very difficult to get in touch with
They explained the basics
Company Parties/Events
They tell you whether you have secured a position on the following year's graduate intake before the internship ends
The Culture
After major events we would go out for drinks; the charity project facilitator even subsidised us!
Central London
Didn't have the opportunity to sample it, due to restrictive travel costs
A football tournament and various pub based events were organised
