The Role
There were activities that did help my development; others that shouldn't have been given in the first place eg. take stuff down to post room! - from some lazy colleagues -
I felt valued and supported by the majority of my colleguages. Few in particular made me feel really sad of leaving.
Regular meetings with the marketing manager helped me to achieve my objectives and goals that were set prior the placement
Can't remember a day where I found myself relaxed and with nothing to do. Always too much to do! but pleased to be exposed to different responsibilities and activities.
Did organised the product launch of the lighting division -project manager - I was very pleased about the opportunity as I did help to develop and show my abilities to colleagues and internal customers; marcoms and pr control and monitoring
the placement did help me to develop even further, to grow professionally, improve on existing skills and to achieve the objectives set prior and throughout the placement
