    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I have learnt a lot during this internship placement, but entered the company at a time of organisational change - which effected my workload. Aside from that it's been great!

    • Everyone has been hepful and friendly and I feel my work has been recognised.

    • Perhaps a higher rating would have been given if it wasn't for the organisational change.

    • The workload has been immence, but i feel i rose to the challenge - just the nature of the job.

    • There was an expectancy for me to learn quick and be on board as quickly as possible - since then I feel like i have the same level of responsibility as the rest of the team.

    • a good working atmosphere

    • Organisational change lead to a gap on placement organisation - I just got on with it.

    • I have had a lot of training - which has obviously been a cost to the company, but I feel then I am earning it back through my technical job role
