Workforce Planning Assistant Review

I thoroughly enjoyed the insight because I was provided with plenty of information and was actually aware of how things ran. This made for a more pleasant experience as I wasn't left feeling confused. The jobs which I completed were varied and I viewed this positively because I learnt lots of new things regarding employment law.

I felt extremely valued during my time at Peninsula Business Services. On several occasions, members of staff commended me on a task which I had completed. This showed their gratitude and highlighted that they were actually taking the time to acknowledge my work. I felt all the more valued because some of the tasks I completed were of high importance, even when I could have easily just been given some unimportant duties to fulfil.

I was very happy with the guidance which I was provided with. Several members of staff comforted me by suggesting that I could simply ask them for help if needed. In addition, when given instructions, they were always thoroughly detailed - there were no staff members who were unenthusiastic to provide me with guidance.

I believe that my time spent at Peninsula will strongly aid my future studies. I feel as though I have improved many personal skills, such as a growth in confidence etc. This wouldn't have been possible without such friendly members of staff. Also, while hearing some of the advice given, I've learnt snippets of information regarding employment law. This was further enhanced by all of the display work.

My experience seemed to have a strong structure in place. For instance, it was quickly decided that I would spend half of my time on floor three, and the rest on a differing floor. I was at no point unsure of where I needed to be or what I needed to do.

The atmosphere at Peninsula Business Services is probably my favourite aspect. Every single member of staff was extremely friendly. There is a very positive attitude on the floor and I think this is further enhanced by the incentive schemes which take place.

They greatly invested in me. Lots of time was dedicated to me.

It greatly helped me to understand. I spent time with each department on my allocated floor and this helped me to gain an understanding of the bigger picture. I have a significant understanding of what the duties are for each department.

It greatly helped me to understand the company culture.

I was very adequately paid.

I spent all of my time surrounding other employees and had the opportunity to meet a great variety of staff members.

There are very good opportunities available.

The display work around the whole floor provides plenty of information about activities out of work. They're a quick and easy way to bring you up to date.

I would absolutely recommend this experience because it was thoroughly enjoyable and helped me to gain some great skills and insight.
