The Role
This was a fantastic experience, I was able to see all roles across a HR Shared Service Environment operating in the SME space
The team allwoed me to fit straight in, I was treated as an equal
The support was very good, a lot of on the job training and peer review
Very busy in a fast paced environment
A lot of responsibility but given my experience I did need to complete some administration work
I can not put theory into practice and relate my studies to the world of work
The Company
The company has won after I left the 3rd best company to work for, lots of incentives and fun with a free gym class and TFI Friday every month
Very well organised but in a busy environment I was left to get on with the tasks
I was able to go on all of the training that was offfered and attend weekend conferences
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
This company is growing massively and I can return for a full time role if I apply
The Culture
Great nights out with the younger staff and students
Manchester isnt cheap but worth moving here for the experience
Great nightlife in the Northern Quarter
Busy role but I did socialise
