  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • This was a fantastic experience, I was able to see all roles across a HR Shared Service Environment operating in the SME space

    • The team allwoed me to fit straight in, I was treated as an equal

    • The support was very good, a lot of on the job training and peer review

    • Very busy in a fast paced environment

    • A lot of responsibility but given my experience I did need to complete some administration work

    • I can not put theory into practice and relate my studies to the world of work

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • The company has won after I left the 3rd best company to work for, lots of incentives and fun with a free gym class and TFI Friday every month

    • Very well organised but in a busy environment I was left to get on with the tasks

    • I was able to go on all of the training that was offfered and attend weekend conferences

    • This company is growing massively and I can return for a full time role if I apply

    • Great nights out with the younger staff and students

    • Manchester isnt cheap but worth moving here for the experience

    • Great nightlife in the Northern Quarter
