The Role
It was exciting and I learnt alot, however the work was difficult at times.
I worked as part of a small team and we were all close and got along with each other well.
alot and I was trusted to do alot of things, even when they were extremeley confidential.
very busy.
A lot and was trusted too.
Learnt new skills and gained lots of knowledge and experience.
The Company
The general atmosphere is nice, however it can be stressfull when everyone is really busy.
Organised as I went to different departments over certain times.
Alot. A pay structure was set to give you goals and something to work to.
Subsidised/Company Gym
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
There have been talks about a role, but nothing specific. Postive though.
The Culture
Yes there were plenty of things to do out of working hours that were organised by the business.
I stayed at home, but the surronding area accomdation is fairly priced.
Really good, I had a few nights out.
Yes, they offer a gym class, discounts for gyms near by, meals provided on occasion and conferences to attend.
