  • It was excellent - everyone was very welcoming and friendly

  • we were made to feel part of the team straight away. They honed in on my existing work experience and gave me more challenging tasks then they perhaps otherwise would. This made me feel like I was making a genuine contribution

  • Everyone was excellent - very helpful and always had time to explain tasks etc

  • We had to ask for work but always knew this would be the case as the process was designed to mirror the graduate experience. It was always made clear that it was up to us to drive our own workload.

  • Given my previous work experience I was given quite a lot. We were also trusted to work with clients
