    Culture

  • 4. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • EY seems to have a very good culture. When I asked graduates about navigating workplace conflict, they said they had never had any conflict with their co workers. Everyone in the business wants to uplift eachother from what I gathered.

  • 8. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY
  • This is cliché but be yourself when taking the EYone assessment. There is very little point trying to overcompensate as you won't be able to keep up an act for long. HR made is clear that they want people who share their values and morals with EY.
