Overview
Intro into EY, lots of different speakers from a variety of backgrounds who spoke about how they entered EY and what they currently do. Also got to network with current grads and apprentices and ask more in depth questions about their experiences. Second day in person had a focus on assessment centre prep which was very helpful.
Skills
Yes, developed my skills for an assessment centre as well as my networking and communication skills.
Business Insight
It was very eye opening as previously my understanding had been quite shallow and I didn’t understand the differences between each team and how they worked together
Culture
Good, lots of emphasis on the friendly culture and open atmosphere
