The Role
My internship was as I expected it to be. I was given the opportunity to work for some brands of the group, a lot of research and Excel work which gave me very good tools for the future. I was offered a contract in the end of my internship for my effort and good work and I am still working here with now a 2 year contract
Since we all had our jobs to do, there wasn't really many competition. We would just like to reach each target and a great job was always noticed. The environment is very good, you find very kind and friendly people.
Depending on which task you were doing always had a manager supervising your work and how were you doing it and trying to help in any difficulty.
Usually very busy so I could reach the targets
Team leading was given to me on my internship
The experience will help me on my future jobs and roles, gave me also the possibility to improve the english and gain responsability.
The Company
Depending on the amount of work. Usually quiet with research, more enthusiastic with the calls, but small breaks where done to meet the colleagues and socialize
For different tasks where given the basic steps and ways to do it.
Subsidised Canteen
I did a good job and was given a contract by the end of the internship with now a 2 year contract with them.
The Culture
Everyone's is international and willing to know as many people as possible. There are some social events and gatherings.
Pretty expensive
I never chose to go out near my work place
