The Role
I enjoyed all the opportunities and challenges with all the guidance from my Mentor and Line Manager.
My colleagues helped my out in developing useful skills and then gave me relevant project to prove myself.
The Management Team was always there to help me out with extra care and support.
Initially, it wasn't that much busy but then I learned to work with more than one project at the same time and in this way I even enjoyed my busy time at work.
I was given responsibilities to handle information with care and then communicated effectively even with the teams worldwide.
I have successfully got my Final Year Industrial Project from Philips which is another challenge to prove my skills, abilities and strengths.
The Company
It was busy and enjoyable but the professional level was always taken into consideration.
As it is an international company so, the overall standard was always well organised according to Philips Globally.
As I was on a Placement, so there were not many Trainings for development. But, the online portal gave me an opportunity to get certifications of more than 15 professional level trainings.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Above 25 days holiday
Healthcare from home
I will definite be considered for a Graduate Role at Philips.
The Culture
Even the senior Engineers were socially involved in all the activities during and after work
It was under a considerable amount.
There was not much to do at night at it was a countryside.
Like Football, Social Dinners, casual get together etc..
