  • E&Y as an organisation deserve praises for the amount of effort they put into their Summer Internship Programme

  • The team within E&Y could not demonstrated more support and encouragement

  • On top of the mentoring system available, every level of management was involved in making sure I had the best experience possible

  • The team made sure I gained a wide spectrum of relevant exposure, but at the same time never made me work just for the sack of, every piece of work was charged to clients or conttributed towards a wider portfolio

  • Enough to feel the challenge and to improve my abilities to work under pressure

  • 6. To what extent did/will the skills you developed, and training you received, assist you in your degree studies and beyond?
  • Due to my studies in the relevant field at the undergrad level, I probably did not gain as many technical skills as my peers. However, the experience of interacting with my team, and the positive working environment around me, has changed my perspective on how the working life should be.

  • Very professional, but still personal at the sam time.

  • E&Y HR and SIP team did a fantastic job of set up the internship programme from begining to end.

  • Yet to come across any peers in the industries who have suggested the same level of opportunities available

    The Culture

  • 12. Was there a good social scene amongst any fellow placement students/colleagues?
  • Summer Intern Programme organisers put on great events, but the interns also made an effort to organise events regularly

  • 13. What was the cost of living and socialising in the area you worked in?
  • Central London - very expensive, but worth it from a personal perspective

  • 14. What was the Nightlife like in the area you worked?
  • there is generally something going on 2/3 times a week with other interns, and close by the EY HQ are great bars and cafes to discover

  • I was engaged in opportunities with other interns, as well as members of my team
