Overview
(year1) - Supply chain customer service - Managing a portfolio of commercial customers, quality complaints, sample orders, clearance sales, KPI reporting. Handling delivery queries, collaborating with other departments, collaborating with warehouse, creating and distributing reports, data analysis
Skills
Developed systems knowledge (Excel, SAP, Power BI, Autostore, Roadrunner etc.) Developed supply chain knowledge through the business and the degree. Lots of opportunities for personal and professional development available within the company
Responsibilities
Equal role & responsibility as other people doing the same job as a non-apprentice
Support & Guidance
Plenty of support available from line manager, a level above line manager, the team i work alongside, and access to people in other teams/departments for help too
