Create STAR reports and verify the captured value with customer stakeholders as well. >Further rotational elements Opportunity for projects and initiatives such as Sustainability Go To Market, Green Team participation, compliance assistance

  • Developed interpersonal competencies to great extent - mainly the ability to obtain the correct information from the correct people and then use it in an efficient manner. Gained a thorough comprehension of SAP's processes and technologies, alongside a better understanding of general businesses processes and corporate affairs. Increased proficiency in prioritization and task management.

  • One is given as much accountability as one is comfortable with - it is a wonderful learning curve that enables one to take more and more on their plate, the better they get at each specific task and cadence.

  • 4. How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
  • There is no limit to the support one can receive at SAP. Everyone is extremely warm and approachable, passionate to share their experience with you on a continuous basis. For those times when you're perhaps alone at home, there are endless online resources and learning platforms to make use of too. It is a great combination.

    Culture

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • Extremely suitable for a placement. People treat you like an adult from the get go but it is also really fun and cheerful, with every person being just as interested in your own story as they are in sharing their own wonderful adventures if you're curious about them. It is a place of warmth and respect and is somewhere where great friendships can legitimately flourish.

  • 6. To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
  • I enjoyed myself thoroughly. You're perpetually given opportunities to push yourself, grow, become better and you're always given so much back - sport events, reading club, lunch, learning platforms, appreciate schemes... there is something for everyone here and it gives each day a potential for something truly exciting.

  • Don't be frightened by the size or the industry of the company - you will fit right in and you will be given all the support you need! When preparing your CV/interviewing, don't worry about having indsutry experience - just show how the things in your life have given you meaningful and memorable lessons and the rest will come naturally.
