I support one of our technology sales teams in activities that support their sales cycles. From prospecting to closing I assist both the account executives whilst reporting to their manager as well in order to see both management level and sales level experience

On a day to day basis this role consists of getting contracts signed and assisting the Commercial team with contract drafting. Helping others in the business, such as sales, with commercial related questions or issues. Additionally there are many other tasks which arise that are less frequent.
I help to forecast revenue for the coming months/quarters for my department, which involves running data downloads from SAP's online systems and manipulating the data to the correct format for what I need to know. Based upon this, I may have to ask consultants/project managers for forecasts. On top of this - I help to staff consultants to work they do, so they can record their time effectively.

I have to commend SAP with the way the dealt with maintaining the placement program during the Covid pandemic. My role includes assisting legal counsel with contract negotiations for cloud and on-premise software contracts. Other responsibilities include: drafting NDAs, drafting novation agreements, answering legal queries and facilitating projects to improve efficiencies and working practices in the legal team. A normal day is varied and dynamic. A legal intern is required to compartmentalize and prioritize tasks on the fly, and adapt to any given situation to align with the interest of the business.
My job entailed supporting two managers across 3 different areas (Industry- CPG & Retail and LOB- Customer Experience). I completed SAP.com website updates and optimisations, social media content creation, planning & launching paid social campaigns, running webinars and much more. The job was varied and amongst routine tasks, there were lots of other opportunities to get involved in.
