    Overview

  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
  • Support the Cloud Success Services organisation to drive customer adoption, usage, renewals and expansion. Daily Tasks include: • Supporting the execution of customer marketing plans • Supporting the execution of physical and virtual customer events • Writing and supporting internal and external communications • Promote solution content through digital channels.

  • Excellent support and guidance from management. A very open work place, were you feel supported enough to ask for help when needed. Friendly colleagues who offer guidance with workload management; you feel confident to reach out when feeling overwhelmed.

  • It was a difficult transition from University to a full time 40 hour a week job, but SAP made this transition smooth. The culture and people made me feel welcome and valued throughout my placement making for a very positive experience.
