Overview
Supporting our key stakeholders, with their Communications e.g. Slides, briefing pack Events – All Hands, Partner Calls, Transparency Calls, etc. Messaging – Emails (announcements, celebrations, invites, follow ups), and Socials (LinkedIn, GetSocial, virtual newsletter contribution etc.) Tools – updating and organising files on SharePoint, Teams Calendar – scheduling events and meetings and so much more! Create- Using Canva create invites, posters and hyperlinked images
Skills
Creating and designing on Canva Technical skills on SharePoint Organisational skills when planning an event. Prioritisation skills with different tasks at once. Communication skills when liaising with different stakeholders
Responsibilities
Yes, as the placement went on I got given more and more responsibility and by the end I am managing my own projects and making a real impact to the team.
Support & Guidance
Lots of support and guidance from a placement specific team onboarding us during first 2 weeks and then being a support throughout.
