  • Supporting the public sector sales team through the end to end sales process. This includes daily reporting, calls, and tasks. The role includes opportunities to work on demand generation and commercial sales projects.

  • My placement year has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills, this includes but isn’t limited to - communication skills, presentation skills, adaptability, flexibility and confidence. I have learnt a vast amount about business to business sales and the processes that go on to make this happen.

  • 3. Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
  • Yes I was given a great amount of responsibility throughout the placement, with great guidance. I have owned a demand generation project, alongside owning weekly reports that support the sales team.

  • I was given a great support of guidance through my placement. I had a manager and a buddy within my team who I had weekly check ins with. I also had a placement manager who supported me through the whole year.

  • 5. What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
  • The company has a great culture - with flexible working encouraged. The office can sometimes be very quiet, however people are always available to contact virtually.
