Overview
Ownership of a manufacturing/production line. Involved in continuous improvement projects to improve the efficiency of the line, using manufacturing techniques such as lean sixsigma and finding root causes to issues on the line through data analysis and RCA meetings. Use of PowerBI to analyse data and find trends to support improvement projects. Also involved in energy projects.
Skills
Developed: data analysis, quantitative skills, presentation skills, teamwork, knowledge of manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Given responsibility of an entire manufacturing line in the packing department, including any projects for improvement etc. Supported by manager.
Support & Guidance
Weekly 1 to 1s with manager and everyone willing to help with any questions I had.
